Dale Harding
My background involves twenty-five years in automotive dealership management followed by fifteen years consulting in dealerships across the nation for various manufacturers such as Chrysler, DTNA (Freightliner Trucks), General Motors, and Mercedes-Benz to name a few. Projects focused on financial profitability analytics; root-cause problem analysis; and operations process development & implementation.
I was introduced to Tyler Deveraux and Ryan Wooley and became fascinated with multi-family investing. Shortly later met Eric Chadderdon, and all three have provided tremendous training and mentorship that has greatly enhanced my understanding of the multi-family business, and have assisted me in gaining the abilities to acquire some really great deals.
Our main focus is two-fold… first and foremost is to carefully protect our investors’ money; and secondly, work smart to ensure their investments earn above average returns for them. The majority of our investors are regular hard-working individuals such as secretaries, farmers, small business owners, and both “white-collar” and “blue-collar” employees. They have put quite a bit of trust in us to keep their investment funds safe and provide them with a solid return on their investments… and we take that obligation very seriously.
Lana Harding
I am a wife, mother, and grandmother of two adorable young kids. I am also a business owner of an organizing company. However, most of my previous career was in finance. In life I found my real passion is organizing everything, which is why my position with Ironwood Capital is so rewarding for me. It also keeps my dear husband sane. LOL!
Austin Lamberth
Raised in Sparks, Nevada, I participated in church activities and sports throughout my childhood. In addition, I am a decorated Eagle Scout. I served proudly in the United States Marine Corps. I was selected to be on the maritime raid force unit. I also was tasked to train new marines and prepare them for combat. At the end of my service, I was head of security at the air station in Camp Pendleton.
Recently I have worked at Panasonic as a quality supervisor and maintenance technician, assuring that all production lines run proficiently. As a result, Panasonic is the fastest electric car battery-producing company averaging over five million batteries a day.
I am blessed with two children: my son, Landon, who loves wrestling, and my daughter, Stella, who has a growing passion for swimming.
